The staff here were super friendly and gave us some great recommendations. 😊 Our room with two beds was fantastic. We enjoyed having treats and coffee at Starbucks, even though it was a bit of a trek from the hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge with a shower and bathtub. The reception staff was friendly and well-trained. The concierge and gym staff were extremely helpful.

Well equipped hotel - even with a baby - with a nice view over the city. Centrally located, although a little bit far away from the metro station.

The air conditioning didn't work properly.

It is also close to the train station, which was convenient for our onward journey. We found a supermarket nearby, allowing us to stock up on snacks and drinks for our stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff provided warm and friendly service, making us feel welcomed. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

We did encounter some difficulties with the language barrier, as some staff members had limited English proficiency.

Great value for money and friendly staff. the breakfast was fantastic, with a good range of European and Asian options. the swimming pool was a highlight of our stay, with amazing views and a unique design. the location was also perfect for us, close to the business district and easily accessible by taxi.

The cleanliness could have been better, as we noticed dust and hair in our room. the front desk staff's English was not consistent, as some were more helpful than others.
